It’s no secret that issues of gentrification within Logan Square and Humboldt Park have risen since the completion of The 606. And with a bustling neighborhood like Logan, where new buildings are cropping up every few months, building and rent prices have increased immensely. This may be the reason behind why the owners of 3 buildings at the 2700 block of North Milwaukee are putting them up for sale after having own them for the last 3o years. The building could bring in bids of $30 million or more, explains Keely Polczynski,the lead broker for the listing.
