Chicago will soon be home to its second LGBTQ-friendly affordable housing project. The John Pennycuff Memorial Apartments at Robert Castillo Plaza will be a seven-story tall complex taking over a parking lot along Milwaukee Avenue near Campbell and will house 88 units, 18 parking spaces as well as retail on the ground floor. New Consignment Shop Coming to Logan Square
Who doesn’t love a good family business? A new consignment shop called “Alex’s Attic,” (named after the youngest brother of the Marquez family who will run the business) is coming to Milwaukee Avenue in early October.
We’re all guilty of holding on to things we no longer need. This might be just the place to take your precious cargo to help it find another loving home and make some cash while you’re at it!
