East Room in Logan Square is looking to expand in addition to wanting a late night liquors license according to this article on DNAinfo by Paul Biasco.
Just this past Monday they received construction permits to rehab the building along with it’s second floor that may cost up to $200,000. The second floor is believed to be used for another tavern when the renovation is complete.
