Logan Square Real Estate | Every MLS Listed Property in Logan Square
One of the many construction that has been making Logan Square extra snug this year is almost complete! The 12-story building at 2733 West Belden and 11-story building at 2210 West Washtenaw will have a combined 216-units, 98 parking spots and 9,000 square feet of retail space, according to this story.
The building now even have a name, MICA, standing for the intersections it is situated near (Milwaukee & California). The first move-ins are set to take place this fall.
A new restaurant by the name of Giant is going to be opening soon in Logan Square that will serve “elevated Midwestern fare.” The 40-seat restaurant will be located at 3209 W Armitage Ave will be the labor of love and collaboration among Nightwood chefs Jason Vincent and Ben Lustbader who also worked at Lula Cafe together.

A new fresh produce grocery store is opening in Logan Square next to the Congress Theater called Farmer’s Pride and will be located at 2110 N. Milwaukee. The really cool thing about this particular grocery store is that there will be a coffee shop within it. It will be run by an already existing coffee shop in the neighborhood, although the name has not been released just yet.
Although it may look small, owner Roddy Hashish says in this dnainfo article by Paul Biasco that you’d be surprised at what you could fit in there.
The new development at 2211 North Milwaukee Avenue has been getting a lot of buzz, primarily because of the high rent prices of each unit. The latest news regarding this L apartment has to do with their plan to make the 3-bedroom units coliving. This would mean that each person living in the unit (chosen by building management) would have their own lease and cover their own utilities, holding each of them responsible if one cannot make the rent that month. Even with the coliving situation, the rent would be $1,200 per person.

You can seriously, never have too many pizza joints, is what many people are probably thinking as they anticipate Paulie Gee’s new pizzeria opening in Chicago. The restaurant is set to open at 2451 N Milwaukee Avenue, hopefully in June, and will be a Neopolitan-pizzeria with a full bar and will be able to seat about 100.
