The transit oriented project known as the “Twin Towers,” will likely be completed by fall because of the mild winter Chicago has seen, according to developer Rob Buono from Henry Street Partners. The two adjoining towers on the corner of Belden and Milwaukee are coming along nicely so far, with windows being added to the lower levels beginning in the coming few weeks.
One of the towers will be 12-stories while the other will be 11-stories with few parking spaces since not every unit is required to have one considering it is situated so close to the California Blue Line stop. The combined number units will be 200.
