The Pioneer Arcade building located at 1535 N. Pulaski, was named one of the city’s most endangered buildings in 2015 and this year news is abuzz that it will be saved. The building is currently owned by the Hispanic Housing Development Corporation and is a Jens Jensen building from the 20s that is likely to hit the market soon.
The corporation would like to renovate the interior and exterior of the building to turn into a medical facility while also using the lot space next to them to create an extension to its south corridor.
