It should come as no surprise that the hottest block right now is one that is located in Humboldt Park next to the 606 Trail. The 1600 block of North Richmond had five new constructions go up recently and because of the newly veiled trail, each of them sold for in the 500k-579k range.
If you’re upset that you didn’t get a nab at these homes, it’s because they were sold off-market with multiple offers. Humboldt is often referred to as an iffy neighborhood but all of that is quickly changing. One thing is for sure, Hunter Andre, the broker who closed all five sales and the new families who just came in are some happy campers.
