Analogue will be hosting a one-day only pop-up event on April 4th at 6:30PM. Two chefs from the the restaurant–Alfredo Nogueira and Danny Kaplan– will be teaming up with Freddy Noinaj (who previously ran a food truck in Texas) to bring together American barbecue and Vietnamese food to see what they can come up with.
The event is called Pho-Q and will feature a four-course prix fixe dinner which will include smoked meats, smoked gulf shrimp egg rolls and more.
