On top of the various new developments under construction causing delays in the Logan Square area, there will also be major water main replacement projects that will also add to the delays this spring. pipes that date back to the late 1800s have fared well so far but need to be replaced now.
There will be two projects, one along Milwaukee and Sacramento that has already begun as well as one on Logan Boulevard which began today.
