Modern Cannabis located at 2369 N. Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square, served their first customer yesterday and although business is starting out slow, they are coming up with a tactic to lure more customers in. They are offering a free gram of weed to the first 100 customers.
The only other marijuana dispensary in the city is in Uptown and opened last December. And the fact that either dispensaries have a low clientele is not likely due to an issue with them but attributed to the fact that not many people have a medical marijuana card in general.
