Chicago LOVES Rick Bayless. The Mexican cuisine expert already has two highly successful restaurants in Chicago (Frontera Grill and Topolobampo) and is set to open two more this Cinco de Mayo.
Leña Brava will open at 900 W. Randolph St and feature a raw bar, seafood, wood-fired dishes, mezcal and wines from Baja California.
Bayless and his business partner Manny Valdez will also be opening Cruz Blanca Cervaceria. It will neighbor Leña Brava at 904 W. Randolph St and will be a craft brewery with a tasting room and taqueria.
